When you call us to arrange a repair or a replacement we will ask for your vehicle's registration number. This allows us to identify your vehicle's details - for example the make and model.

This allows us to validate your insurance details so that we can se whether the work is covered by your motor insurance policy and the amount of the excess that you have to pay.

A1 Windscreens will take the payment (if applicable)
If there is an insurance excess to pay, we collect this from you.
